From 1 February 2026, some of our fees will be changing. We=E2=80=99ve publ=

We use income from our fees to incorporate companies and to publish accessi=
ble company information worth billions to the UK economy. Our new and enhan=

UK company law now requires all company directors and people with significa=
nt control (PSCs) to verify their identity. Identity verification helps pro=
tect honest business owners from being impersonated by criminals and suppor=
ts a fairer, more transparent business environment. It=E2=80=99s a quick, s=
ecure process that most people complete in minutes.=20

If you=E2=80=99ve already verified your identity, you do not need to do it =
