Hello.

It’s a really difficult situation at the moment , I’m talking to my doctor 
near everyday at the moment.

I tried ending my life on the Monday (9.11.20)
I am currently trying to get myself back up to the point where I can return 
to work.
I don’t think I’m in the right mind space to return to work, until this is 
sorted ( through therapy etc)

I just don’t think it’s fair on box it to cover for me while all this is 
happening.

Were you off all last week. What was your first day of illness. Is it 
related to the covid problem.

I will need a sick note if you have been off for longer thank 7 days for you 
to receive your sick pay.
