Please see the attached as requested.

I email forwarded over the email chain because I requested advise from 
Cathrine on my bank details because the form attched in your email wasn't in 
cathrine's, as I told Bob over the phone he accused me of not repling at all 
over the phone, causing the lauguage. As you know we are in a lock down and 
if this missing information was mention in mine and cathrine's phone call 
Monday morning, I wouldnt of waited this long to get in touch with the 
correct documents.

After not having the best experience over the phone with Bob I rang thwaites 
to try and clear the problem up myself, as they advise me, the HMRC form 
attached witch I brought into thwaites to hand over, I was advised they had 
a new one for me and that they will send you them including my time sheet. I 
was made aware during this phone call the invoice for my wages is down as 24 
hours when I worked 29, please ensure this issue is resolved before the 
transaction is made.

As all forms have now been completed, will my full wages be in my bank on 
Friday? as I now have to move direct debits around.

You sent an email to Bob earlier with  form which is blank? If you do not 
complete the forms we are unable to pay you as we do not have a bank account 
to pay you to? I do not need any copy of emails I had already checked what 
you had been sent and it was the appropriate forms you did not complete them 
which is why you did not get paid.



Not sure why you rang Thwaites they do not pay your wages so are unable to 
help you so would appreciate you not calling our clients as its not 
professional neither is using un- appropriate language on the phone when we 
are trying to help you this is not acceptable.



I attach the forms for payment again, we do not need your ID you have now 
sent it twice this will be destroyed for GDPR purpose and your P45 will be 
issued to you as soon as you have the payment and your records will be 
removed from our files.
