I dealt with this from the start of the recruitment process to the end, I
recruited Mandy and discussed our terms and send them over to Sam and it was
agreed that I would reduce the fee from 15% to 10% as it was a temp to perm
fee.
This is standard practice for all Recruitment agencies in the UK, not a
justification or get out clause, you entered into our terms by taking Mandy
on permanently we do not need the terms to be signed.
We should be charging you interest for the amount of time we have waited for
unpaid invoices which we have not actioned, we had been chasing these
invoices for some time and have evidence with emails asking for payment.
If this is not paid in 7 days we will be start legal action to recoup the
funds.

Hello Bob - I am just following up on my previous mail , that received no
reply , on the subject of our outstanding iinvoices.
Again , I apologize for the late payments , which should never occur , and
which were due to some fairly rogue business practice by my then Agency
Manager - Sam Harding . I believe these invoices are now all paid and
cleared - so any threats of legal action can or should now be stood down .
In respect to the document attached which apparently is some kind of
justification for an end of contract buy out payment process , do you have a
copy signed by any Director or Manger of Randex-Phoenix Private Ambulance
Service - (Castlebrand Ltd) agreeing to this at all ?
We dont have such a document in our files or archives ourselves , and thus
can see no justifications for said payments .
