Ok, Thanks for your help. I'm sort of getting there.
I accidently clicked on the one drive back up which has made a right mess of
my pc and I think it corrupted the outlook files.
I'm slowly trying to tidy it up but struggling to stop the one drive from
synchronising every time I start up. Id much rather use a hard drive.
I've got two bob@sarahharvey folders now but I cant get rid of it. Ill plug
along
Ill let you know if I need any help. I'm thinking about a pc reset
Many thanks

In that case, it might be best to let it finish.
You have over 2.5GB of email in your inbox! So it could take a while to
download.

I've managed to add another bob@sarahharvey.com onto outlook but its all bit
of a mess and something is downloading in the background?
Only problem is I have two now and struggling to get rid of the first one.
What do I upload for the teamviewer?

Hi Bob,
I'm free now.
Please could you send me the TeamViewer details via WhatsApp?
Thanks,
