Good morning, Bob.

Most employers we speak to don't realise they're already paying for staff 
training through government funding.

They just aren't using it.

So they end up paying twice. Once through tax, then again out of their own 
pocket.

At the minute, there's funding available to train the Sarah Harvey Limited 
team.

Things like management, admin, finance, marketing, and customer service. The 
day-to-day stuff that actually matters.

It only applies if your staff are on PAYE, working 16+ hours, and based in 
England.
