Your accrual is actually 33 days including bank holidays approximate
calculation 2.75 days per month based on a worked 35 hours every week but
you have only just changed over to this from April
You were on standard 28 days including bank holidays which is standard
12.07% basic earned salary at 35 hours per week if you work less your
accrual is less.
Your accrual at present is £112 (one day) if you’ve worked 35 hours this
week and take off the two days next week so you will work 22 hours you
should have enough for two days off accrued holiday.
Remember all of our holiday is calculated through the HMRC software so I can
only give you approximate values depending on how much you work.
