Once you have confirmed that the lap top is being returned and what day the
funds will be released.
I appreciate your situation but I emailed three times asking about the lap
top, and had no reply, we can legally withhold funds to pay for the
equipment that has not been returned. We do not want to do this but the lack
of communication from you has been the issue.

I have not received my pay, or any correspondence from yourselves this
morning.
This continued disregard for our contractual agreement, let alone my current
personal circumstance is undesirable to say the least.
I will once again ask you to pay me my rightful owed monies, or provide in
official writing confirmation as to why these are being withheld. If the
rightful owed monies are not received today, I will be seeking advice for
mediation on Monday.
