You have not worked consistent hours for the past 4 weeks so you are

Good morning bob,
I was checking my payslip and I don't understand why in the PAYE tax I have
a symbol "-" next to the amount. Also, this amount has not been subtracted
to the total amount, it has been added.
Another thing, I would like to know why another week that I have worked the
same hours I have paid £18 for tax and this week I have paid £30.
