ll they can't make a claim. The headline that 370,000 small businesse=
s now had a claim on their BI policy just isn't true.</p>
<p>Establishing a valid claim of any kind, not necessarily t=
o do with infectious diseases or the court case is the issue. Ma=
ny are covered, or may have a claim for a variety of other reasons too and =
each business needs to check or get an expert to check as often the re=
