St Joseph=E2=80=99s College in Reading survived two world wars, the Great D=
epression and a pandemic, but it could not weather two years under this Lab=
our government. For this week=E2=80=99s cover piece, Lara Brown [https://=

plains how the independent schools landscape is being transformed by the go=
