Either will be fine. If you aren't very strong go for Standard, or of it
is very windy where you are go Heavy would be better.

I wouldn't order any spare parts, but perhaps the DLG repair kit may be
useful insurance.

Enquiry: Hi, I'm new to DLG's. I bought a Whippit foam HLG last year and
enjoyed bringing it back to hand. I'd like to step up to a 1.5m DLG and
was thinking of going to the NRJ F3K. Would I be best to get standard or
heavy layups for my first DLG? What spare parts, repair kits, should I
order? There's really no one in eastern Canada that sells this type of
