Dear Valued Customer,In response to the COVID‑19 pandemic, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz issued a 
stay‑at‑home order for residents of Minnesota on March 25, 2020, that limits 
non‑essential business activities.

Digi-Key Electronics is deemed an essential business and we will remain 
fully operational during this time, as we provide components and solutions 
for customers in industries providing "essential products needed to ensure 
the continuing operation of government agencies and provide for health, 
safety, and welfare of the public." Examples of "essential products" include 
Medical Devices and Defense Equipment. Our priority is to continue providing 
supply and technical and engineering expertise to these "essential" industry 
customers.Digi-Key has instituted a "Work From Home" policy wherever possible to 
ensure the safety and health of our people and community. We have mobilized 
many from our workforce worldwide to work remotely and remain very well 
staffed and functionally capable. Essential operational fulfillment and 
production support areas of the business continue under greatly enhanced
