Enquiry: Just wondering what the status of my order is, Ref106170. Last
I heard the APEX was in Customs, is that still the case?

I just noticed that my Credit card was charged on 1/13/2026. For some
reason I thought I wouldn't be actually charged until the order was
shipped, am I mistaken?
