Hi Stefan,

Hope you have a great Easter. Sorry about this unexpected problem.

We have sold all but two of the Apex glider and Electric models you sent
us. 90% to America and Australia. Sending replacement booms to all these
customers will cost us a lot of money. It is not fair that we should bear
all this cost.

I think a better solution is that you create a jig so that customers can
cut the required openings themselves. This could made from 1 sheet of 3 mm
plywood which would be much easier to ship. Or even better you could design
a 3-D plastic jig and we could email the customers files for them to
construct the jig themselves.

Some customers might demand a replacement boom but I think most would be
willing to do the work themselves.
