Dear Juan,

I confirm the package was sent by untracked Airmail, as you elected when
checking out, on 16/3/2026. Sorry there is no way of knowing where it is.

Although packages usually arrive within a few weeks the international postal
system isn't very reliable currenly and some packages are taking up to 6 weeks.

Could you please wait two more weeks? If it has not arrived by them we will
credit you or send the order again.
