Customer Service

If an order is received damaged or with other problems we must be informed
within 7 days of receipt. We must be informed if an order sent by courier
(FedEx, UPS, DHL, Parcelforce etc) is not received within 2 weeks of
despatch. For smaller orders sent by Royal Mail we must be informed of
non-receipt within 4 weeks of despatch. It is the customer's responsibility
to monitor this and inform us in time. Failure to do this may affect the
remedies we can offer.


Hi Neil,

Just a note to let you know that I have as yet not received my Encanto V3
and the Camber wing. I have been in contact with FedEx who have admitted it
was mis-directed and delivered to the incorrect address last week. They
have been attempting all this week to pick it up but the recipient has not
been helpful. The recipient was informed that the next step was to make a
police report.

I understand this is out of your control, but I am following your Customer
Service notes, per the above.

If not received or confirmed FedEx have it in hand by Monday, I will begin
the claim process.

Apart from that, everything is peachy.
