Enquiry: I just started ordering the last Encanto F3 RES glider kit
(with ballast) that you had and it went into my basket. Then I had
trouble setting up a wire transfer and tried to start over with a
credit card purchase. My basket then emptied and your website now shows
the Encanto I wanted is out of stock. Please help me arrange for
purchase of the Encanto kit. I ran into trouble with a wire transfer
because my bank has no option to enter the bank ID number that your
website showed. I also got confused because my bank (Wells Fargo) gave
me to option to wire money to an individual or a business. It was
asking for information about the business that I wasn't familiar with.
