Dear sirs,
With regard to the above order I am sorry to say that DHL have obviously del=
ivered my package to the wrong address!!
I have been in touch with them twice and all they are saying is the package h=
as been delivered!!
It=E2=80=99s so frustrating as it was delivered to the wrong address, the ph=
oto shows a blocked paving drive and we have a tarmac drive but they don=E2=80=
=99t seem to care.
As we have not received the item can you tell me what is going to happen?
