Hello Neil=C2=A0Just to let you know where things stand. I have filled out =
forms for FedEx now twice. Once for their toxic substance control act certi=
ficate and once for their Aluminum / Copper / Steel derivatives form. That =
was on Friday July 24th. I have not heard back from them today the 25th. It=
 seems absurd that they are asking stupid questions about smelting, casting=
 and weights when they have a copy of your commercial invoice that lists al=
l the products and materials and manufacturers with addresses that they can=
t figure this out.I am NOT refusing the order just wanted to update you on =
what is going on and that we are on day 4 since the order arrived in the US=
A.Let me know if there is anything else I can do on this end. There is stil=
l some ridiculous notice in one of the many emails I have from them that sa=
ys I have to give them a copy of a written agreement that you as the shippe=
r can answer questions on my behalf.. Has that happened to your USA orders =
