Enquiry: Hi

I'm after a little pre sales advice. I'm completely new to gliders etc,
so excuse my lack of knowledge! I'd like to try this aspect of the
hobby, I'm an experienced fixed wing and heli rc pilot and builder, but
not sure where to start here. Would like to do something on a budget to
begin with to test things out.

From my look around the site I picked out the Foxtrott 2.7 as a
potential, but no idea if this would be a good starting point or not!
It would need to be powered as its very flat at my field and locally
and hand launchable!

Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

Again sorry for my lack of knowledge and if I have terminology wrong!
