Unfortunately our box supplier has been affected by the international =
situation which has resulted in us running out of our normal shipping =
boxes.=20

Hello Neil,
I just received my order from you today. I have ordered from you in the =
past and received my shipments from you packed in a box appropriate for =
shipping. That was not the case this time and I have to say I am very =
disappointed. You sent my order in the box that the sailplane kit is =
packed in when you receive it from the manufacturer and is a light, =
nonridgid and flimsy box. OK for your stock shelves but totally =
inadequate for shipping. The box was distorted and crushed on one end =
and looked like it had been stacked under other boxes during its trip =
with FedEx. Who ever opened one end of the box and shoved in the four =
servos and two rolls of covering probably also broke some of the balsa =
sheets and several broken pieces of balsa fell out when I opened the =
box.
