Thank you again for your earlier reply and your offer to discuss my
receiver question by phone.
I thought I'd let you know the outcome of my research. I contacted both
RadioMaster and Mike Shellim (RC-Soar), and both independently recommended
using two ExpressLRS PWM receivers configured for sequential channel ranges
rather than using an SBUS decoder.
RadioMaster also confirmed that an ER8GV and an ER4G can be used together
to provide independent PWM outputs for all nine functions of the Inside
F5J, although they recommend using two ER8GV receivers for maximum
compatibility and redundancy.
I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my original enquiry.
Your comment that "it's complicated" turned out to be absolutely right!
