Subject: Re: Inside F5J
=20
Dear HyperFlight,
=20
I just purchased and am now in the process of building the Inside F5J, =
and I plan to use a RadioMaster Zorro ELRS transmitter running the =
latest EdgeTX (Queen Anne's Revenge) firmware.
=20
My current intention is to use the RadioMaster ER8GV ELRS receiver, =
primarily because of its built-in variometer. However, I would like to =
retain independent control of all six wing servos (left and right outer =
ailerons, left and right inner ailerons, and left and right flaps), =
together with the elevator, rudder, and ESC.
=20
Could you please advise what receiver and wiring arrangement you would =
recommend for this model?
=20
Specifically:
=20
- Is the ER8GV a suitable choice for the Inside F5J?
- If so, do most builders use SBUS decoders or another method to retain =
independent control of all six wing servos?
- Or would you recommend a different receiver or radio ecosystem for =
this aircraft?
=20
I'd appreciate your recommendation based on what has proven to work well =
for your customers.
=20
Many thanks for your advice.
=20
Kind regards,
Peter=20
