We've changed our BIC used for payments originating overseas

Hello,

We=E2=80=99ve recently updated our BIC used for GBP payments sent to Allica=
 accounts from overseas.

A BIC is one part of your account details that may be needed alongside your=
 IBAN for receiving international payments from counterparties. This change=
 is to our BIC solely dedicated to our Business Rewards Account and payment=
 products that allow international receipts, allowing for simpler and faste=
r processing through the journey.

From now on, please use our new BIC when arranging an international payment=
 to your Allica account:

New BIC: CIIVGB2A (Or CIIVGB2AXXX, if branch code is required)

What this means for you:

When you log into your Allica Bank Online Banking or App, and view your acc=
ount details, you will see our new BIC.

You can find this in online banking by going to View Account, choosing Acco=
unt Details and seeing the details under International transfers. Our BIC w=
ill be updated in your account details and in statements by end of day toda=
y. If you do not see this change, please ensure that you are using the late=
st version of the Allica app.

Please don't worry if you have payments or invoices using our old BIC, our =
previous BIC CIIVGB22XXX will continue to be accepted, and in most cases yo=
ur payment will reach your account as normal. However, if the payment is re=
turned to the sender, please ask them to send it again using our new BIC: C=
IIVGB2AXXX.

As a reminder, please make sure the payment is sent in GBP only as payments=
 sent in any other currency will be rejected and returned to the sender. In=
ternational payments can take up to 10 working days to arrive, depending on=
 the country and sending bank.
