Products in "Glues" subcategory (main) not allowed to the US.
Products in the "LiPo Batteries" subcategory (main) only allowed to the UK.
The add to basket button is disabled appropriately and a message shown below
it.
Unlike previously, you shouldn't be able to proceed to the checkout unless
you remove the restricted items.
Changing the country in the checkout stage to fool it won't work.
