Hey Hey,
Had James in today for a chat etc he seems really sound, hours suited 
him and pay as well, he said he might email you regarding commission % 
etc. Obviously he was in a band but he said he's not expecting any 
disruption with that regarding gigs etc. He was very into the social 
media push etc and he's a photographer as well which is a plus.
Only thing he was a bit unsure on was starting as he needs to give 4 
weeks notice as hes on an apprenticeship but he said he could probably 
sort something out.

Also spoke to Dave Cross, he is really interested and again hours and 
pay suit him.

I've Got that Lewis (jacks friend) coming in tuesday morning to have a 
chat aswell.

Think its quite a tricky choice of people to pick tbf as they are all 
suitable.
