Hi Alister,

We have received the OM back to us today and in all honesty we have a 
feeling it is more serious than just a lacquer crack. Just to clarify it 
was sent during both journeys de-tuned and in the original packaging. No 
sign of damage to the box.

We will box it up again today and send it on to you. You should get it 
Monday. Please can you take a look and let us know our options. The 
customer is very nervous about buying another one and we want to try and 
reassure him this is very unusual.
