Sorry to here that, yes the parcel was collected from here yesterday 
afternoon

Once its left us we don't have the option to return to sender

Best bet is to ship the parcel back to us once you receive it (or we can 
arrange a collection if you prefer & cost will be deducted from your 
refund)
