Hi

The 345 is a great playing guitar, fret etc all good

There are a few none orignal bits on the guitar hence the price but 
wear and tear & playability are great given the age

We have parking for approx 6 cars in front of the store and theres 
loads of free parking on the other side of the road as were in a mainly 
residential area
