1. Sign up for broadband services and we’ll provide your payments terminal and other member benefits for free. This offer is subject to the following terms:
a. You enter into a membership for payment services with Inspire Payment Services Limited t/a Clear Business (under their standard terms), and you purchase voice and full/part fibre broadband services from Verastar Limited t/a Clear Business (under their standard terms).
b. Where you sign up to a 24 or 36-month voice and full/part fibre broadband contract with Verastar Limited t/a Clear Business, Inspire Payment Services Limited t/a Clear Business will discount your monthly membership fees for the payments services to £0.00 (discount up to a maximum of £19.99 for each broadband service purchased) for the duration of your broadband contract, provided your payments contract is within an Initial Minimum Term. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
c. This discount will cease to apply, and the monthly membership fees for the payment services will become due at the undiscounted rate specified in your contract where: (i) your broadband service starts more than 60 days after your Application to the Acquiring Bank has been approved, (ii) your broadband contract ends for any reason, (iii) you are no longer within an Initial Minimum Term for your payments contract, (iv) your contract with the Acquiring Bank ends for any reason, or (v) you stop paying for either service by Direct Debit.
2. This saving is calculated based on an 18-month contract for a single payments terminal (and associated payments services) at our standard monthly membership fee of £19.99. Over the 18-month term the total membership fees under this payments contract would be over £350 (excluding VAT). By discounting your monthly membership fee to £0.00, this would be a saving for you of over £350.
3. The actual speed you will receive is subject to time of day, location, premises wiring and Wi-Fi connection.

5. Applies to Landline and Broadband customers only. There is a maximum of one payment to the bank account, details of which we hold for you, of up to £300 in total per customer. To qualify for this offer, you must send Clear Business a copy of the invoice from your previous supplier that shows the value of the ETC and the date of the invoice, which must be after the date on which Clear Business placed an order to transfer your services to Clear Business. Clear Business may require a copy of your existing contract to validate you are being correctly charged an ETC. If the contract between you and Clear Business is terminated as described in clause 13.4 of your terms and conditions, you must repay all ETC amounts in full. The amount we will pay is the lower of (1) your ETC and (2) £300.
6. Only one Clear Business Payments account credit is available, per customer, on switching providers for those who enter into a payments agreement for at least 12 months. 1. Sign up for broadband services and we’ll provide your payments terminal and other member benefits for free. This offer is subject to the following terms:

a. You enter into a membership for payment services with Inspire Payment Services Limited t/a Clear Business (under their standard terms), and you purchase voice and full/part fibre broadband services from Verastar Limited t/a Clear Business (under their standard terms).
<br><br>b. Where you sign up to a 24 or 36-month voice and full/part fibre broadband contract with Verastar Limited t/a Clear Business, Inspire Payment Services Limited t/a Clear Business will discount your monthly membership fees for the payments services to £0.00 (discount up to a maximum of £19.99 for each broadband service purchased) for the duration of your broadband contract, provided your payments contract is within an Initial Minimum Term. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
