I have today sent the 'authority to act' to you  so my accountants 
(Taylors in Birmingham) can handle the enquiry on my behalf

As you can imagine its a busy time for retail but do let me know if 
theres anything else I can do

Also sorry for not replying to your letter sooner. I pass over all 
paperwork to our accountants around the middle of each much so they 
wouldnt have seen it yet
