Hi Franck,

The fret board is in great condition with just some light wear on the 
frets them self's.
We cleaned and set the guitar up when it came to us so the neck and 
intonation is set for 10-46 gauge.
As for string height setup this really personal we tend o set them 
fairly low I think the action on the bottom E is just over 2mm at 12th 
fret
There is no sign of buzzing or scratching from the pots.
