Morning Sue,
Thank you for letting us know about this fault. We're sorry that this
seems to be a recurring issue. Unfortunately at the moment, our workshop
is closed, however as soon as we re-open please give us a call or pop in
with the bass so we can try and fix the fault. It's very rare for these
to have re-accruing problems so hopefully, we can get to the bottom of
it quickly for you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind Regards,
Harriet
