Good evening,
Yet again my piano key has started to click. I was assured last time
that it would be fixed and wouldn’t happen again. Please see all my
emails below regarding this.
I was told that Kawai hadn’t used the appropriate amount of glue on
these models and the engineer last time took all my keys off and redid
them for me so that this wouldn’t happen again.
I loved playing my piano but it’s now become very annoying that every
time I play a Bb it clicks.
Please can you advise on where we go from here as it’s faulty again.
Many thanks in advance,
Samantha Cheetham
