Hi Stephen,

We check every guitar when it arrives with us from the 
supplier/manufacturer and again before it leaves here.
I had some fingerboard shrinkage with other brands but I not found that 
with Cordoba. In fact, Yamaha has just recently purchased the Cordoba 
brand which says a lot about what great instruments they are.
