Hi Ross,

Oh you certainly aren't the first and won't be the last. There is a 
reason we rarely stock anything with a Floyd Rose. We don't offer a 
customer repair service here but your best bet locally is John Williams 
at Fargo Village in Coventry. He's a great guy and will sort it out for 
you no drama.
