Hi Darren,

So payment can be made over the phone for the balance of the guitar 
excluding what we've offered for your part exchange. Once this is 
completed you can bring us your guitar, wait outside whilst we check it 
over for 2 minutes then if all good we pass you out your new one.

If you decide it's not for you we will do it all in reverse as we won't 
sell your part ex till we know you're keeping the new one :)
