Hi Jenny,

We have some good news at last. Your lovely new Taylor arrived here 
this morning. We've had it in our workshop for a full check over and 
very happy.

We did discuss maybe changing some strings for you but we haven't done 
anything with it yet. Would you like to pop in this week and double 
check you're happy with it? We can then change the strings to what you 
want whilst you're here.
