Hi Zak,

Please double check your junk box. You should now have the forms to fill 
out from V12 finance.

Just so you know, the shipping address and application address need to 
be the same for security reasons.

If you have any problems, just give us a call.

Hopefully it will all be approved and we can arrange shipping tomorrow.

Please let us know either way and we don't find out about applications 
for some unknown reason!
