Hi Susana,

We have just had our replacement 212CE ref: ST#131275 and unfortunately 
it has a faulty battery compartment.
When I took the guitar out of it's case the battery and holder were lose 
in the case and when I tried pushing it back into the guitar it just 
keeps popping straight back out. I've tried using a different battery 
but it does the same thing.
