Morning Paul,

Sorry to hear this delivery hasn't gone smoothly. I have tracked it 
this morning and it shows it's out for delivery attempt 2 today. (see 
details below)

Whilst we have seen very minimal delays with our TNT service, 
unfortunately, on this occasion, I have been informed the couriers are 
having a tough time juggling essential deliveries in your area.
