Hi Wallace,

They really are exceptional guitars. On arrival all our guitars go 
through our workshop for a full healthcheck. We do this process again 
before departure and make any adjustments we feel are necessary to keep 
within Martin specification.

This model is an Electro Acoustic and fitted with a Fishman Gold Plus 
Natural I electronics system.

If you receive this guitar and it is not 100% to your liking, we have 
put our returns policy below for you to read before placing your order.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be 
returned for any reason within 14 working days for a refund, less 
carriage costs which are

Small Item £10 (parts / pedal etc)

Medium Item £25 (guitars, most instruments, practice amps)

Large Item £45 (large amps, pa speakers, digital pianos)

All Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and 
be in re-sellable condition. If you decide that you do not wish to keep 
an item you must contact us before returning your item(s). 
Alternatively, we can arrange collection, the cost for a collection is 
£15 small item, £30 Medium item and £50 for a Large item.

We have taken this guitar off general sale until 5pm today for you. If 
you have a change of heart, please let us know.
