Enquiry: Pre Owned Yamaha BB434 Bass - Tobacco Sunburst, Maple Inc. Bag

I'm interested in the above and have a question re the condition of the
fretboard. On Pic 2, mainly under the G-String, is that dust or is
there finish coming away? 
Are the frets worn? It might just be the reflection of the strings!
