Hi Rob,

Yes we do prefer to do things face to face. It's always best to check 
you're happy with what your purchasing before pressing go on the 
finance, so we can do it all whilst you're here.

We do everything in our showroom by pre-booked appointment. If you want 
to have a think about when you wish to come, we can get you booked in 
and take the Les Paul Custom off general sale.

We're here Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm.
