Hi Mel,

Just had a reply from Taylor and they said the electronics are only 
warranted for 2 years.
They can supply a replacement but it would cost about £70-80 depending 
on import duty.
If it's just the tuner part of the preamp not working then obviously, 
you could get a clip-on tuner From £10.00 or download a free tuner app 
for your phone.
