Hi Kate,

I have just been having a chat with Phil and we think that the guitars 
have cleaned up better than we expected....albeit with quite a lot of 
work.

With this in mind we have raised our asking price for the guitars. We 
will get them listed and once sold, if our predictions are right we will 
be in touch with a little more cash for you. Every little helps.
