Hi Steve,

We had a look at what's for sale out there and yes, they are up for 
around the £8000 mark but they don't seem to be selling at that, we were 
thinking that it realistically might fetch somewhere between £6500-7000. 
So if you did the commission thing, you might end up with £5000-£5500
