Hi Peter,

Firstly apologies you didn't receive our despatch email yesterday, it
was sent before midday but we've just noticed we missed the w off the
end.

We're pleased to hear your guitar arrived safely this morning. It is
always hard to give people realistic expectations on finish flaws,
especially when they are minor. We felt it was a great guitar for the
money.

Regarding the jack socket, we did plug it in before it left here and
didn't notice it being lose. The socket itself can be tightened using a
small spanner as long as you secure the barrel to make sure it doesn't
spin. The ferrule itself is just pushed in place and should be a fairly
snug fit. The design on these isn't particularly complicated.

Have fun playing your new guitar.

Kind Regards,
Phil
