Hi Frank,

Nice to see you yesterday.
Just a quick message to confirm we have your Arbiter J30 and Washburn 
J200 acoustic guitars here for commission sale
I've re-strung and cleaned the Washburn and priced it at £399.00 as 
agreed.
I've put the Arbiter up at £499.00 after giving it a bit of a setup and 
restring.
There will be a £20.00 charge on each of the guitars for the work 
carried out which we'll take off at the point of sale.
